Our client is an e-commerce company with headquarters in the USA.
For the Berlin team we are looking - initially within the framework of a parental leave representation - for the end of June 2020 at the latest and for a duration of at least one year.

For an International Seller Growth Team in Berlin we are looking for

Specialist, Seller Growth (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Develop new innovative ways to build Germany’s seller community
  • Seed and nurture the Client communities across Germany to generate an engaged
    community with positive sentiment
  • Build a network of successful sellers who are advocates of the Client brand
  • Seek out new audiences by testing innovative ways to convince small handmade and
    vintage sellers the value prop of selling on the platform
  • Create educational resources for sellers and key partners to guide how to start and
    become successful
  • Develop, test, run and optimize creative informative programming that engages the online community
  • Use insights and data to evaluate current programs, make educated decisions on
    whether to scale or sunset programs
  • Collaborate closely with the international counterparts across the international and
    US based Marketing team to develop scalable ways to launch new and existing
    global campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with any and all projects as they arise

Your profile

  • You have 3-5 years experience in a role/s working directly with online communities,
    ideally within the tech/startup landscape.
  • You’re passionate about entrepreneurship, online communities and new
    media/technology- bonus points if you have experience in running a creative
    business
  • You are proficient in new customer acquisition techniques and have shown your skills
    within a user growth focused role
  • You have familiarity across both offline and online marketing channels, particularly
    when it comes to new user acquisition techniques
  • You have an entrepreneurial approach with a flair for generating ideas
  • You are growth focused with analytical skills and you know how to use data to make
    informed decisions
  • You are a self-starter who takes the initiative and can balance multiple projects at the
    one time
  • Native level fluency in German as well a working level fluency in English are required
