Operativer Einkauf (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of purchase requisitions and execute serial-related orders
  • Processing delivery schedules to supplier, tracking and administration of order confirmations as well as close communication with suppliers
  • Coordination between KUKA material planning and supplier, check delivery dates, coordinate delivery dates with material planning if necessary (change dates or cancellation) clarification and alignment of the system in case of data deviation with goods received and order data (amount and date of delivery)
  • Clarify delivery issues with material planning or supplier
  • Operational handling of complaints in terms of quantity or delivery date deviations included recharging (in terms of failures or non-conforming material)
  • Change information, invoice clarification in terms of deviations (master data or typing errors)
  • Master Data Maintenance
  • Inventory monitoring and initiation of countermeasures together with the head of operational purchase and MGM
  • Request of documents e.g. long-term supplier declaration, certificate of origin
  • Cost- and price responsibility of individual suppliers assigned
  • Introduction of new parts from this supplier in cooperation with the MGM
  • Initial data entry and maintenance (contact and master data) in SAP in accordance with Head of MGM
  • Development and implementation of material delivery concepts with suppliers in accordance with logistics and material planning
  • Supplier integration into the KUKA web-based supplier tool
  • Implementation of call-off order concepts with supplier (e.g. VMI, call-off orders, KanBan)
  • Continuous monitoring of supplier performance (by means of automated ratings and performance measures) and installation of corrective actions in accordance with material planning and logistics

Your profile

  • Industrial clerk or similar education
  • Bachelor of arts or comparable education/experience
  • At least 3 years professional experience
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing and procurement approaches for both Indirect and direct spend categories
  • Experience in successful project management
  • Functional skills: Strong SAP and analytical skills
  • Customer focus; collaborate: Diplomatic and convincing in internal and external communication, teamplayer
  • Ownership: Target orientation
